Who we are
1LeadPro Tracker provides a dashboard that media buyers use to track the results of their advertising campaigns and to measure profit and return on investment. We act as a service provider to our registered users.
Information we collect
- Account information — the email address and credentials you use to sign in, and the role assigned to you within your team.
- Campaign and traffic data — the clicks, sign-ups, and deposits generated by the campaigns you run through the Service, together with technical details of each visit (such as approximate country, device type, and referring source) used for reporting and traffic-quality checks.
- Advertising data from connected platforms — if you choose to connect a Meta ad account, we read your ad spend and campaign statistics from Meta’s Marketing API using read-only access (ads_read).
How we use information
We use the information above for one purpose: to provide the Service to you. Specifically, to record your campaign results, combine them with the ad spend we read from your connected accounts, and present profit, cost per result, and ROI reporting inside your dashboard.
Data obtained from Meta (“Platform Data”)
When you connect a Meta ad account, we access it only with your explicit authorization, and only to provide the reporting described above. In relation to Platform Data:
- We use read-only access. We do not create, edit, pause, or delete your campaigns.
- We use it solely to show you your own reporting. We do not use it for any other purpose.
- We do not sell Platform Data and do not share it with third parties.
- You can disconnect a connected account at any time. When you disconnect, or on request, we delete the associated tokens and stored spend data.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with infrastructure providers that host the Service on our behalf (for example, our server and database hosting), and only to the extent needed to operate the Service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep account and reporting data for as long as your account is active. Access tokens for connected ad accounts are stored only while the connection is active and are removed when you disconnect. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).
Security
Access to the Service requires authentication, and data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
- Connect or disconnect a Meta ad account at any time from your dashboard.
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing info@1lead1ftdtracker.com.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in to the dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies on the Service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
