These Terms govern your access to and use of the 1LeadPro Tracker performance analytics dashboard (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

1LeadPro Tracker lets media buyers track the results of their advertising campaigns and, where connected, combine those results with ad spend read from their advertising accounts to produce profit and ROI reporting. The Service is provided for your business use.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of any advertising platform you connect, including Meta’s terms and policies.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process.

Connected accounts

If you connect a third-party account (such as a Meta ad account), you authorize us to access it as described in our Privacy Policy, and you confirm you have the right to grant that access. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of any third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, belongs to 1LeadPro Tracker. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service. Your campaign data remains yours.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Reporting figures are provided for informational purposes and may differ from figures reported by third-party platforms. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1LeadPro Tracker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the Service or other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
